Modern Slavery Statement

Last reviewed: June 2026

ACE Crew Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. This statement sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and our supply chains, reflecting the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

1. Our business

ACE Crew Limited is a crew-hire agency based in London, supplying trained crew to the events, film and related industries across the UK. As a labour provider, we recognise that we operate in a sector where the risk of exploitation must be actively managed, and we take that responsibility seriously.

2. Our commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or our supply chains, and to acting fairly and transparently in our dealings with our crew, clients and suppliers.

3. Our crew and recruitment

We take steps to satisfy ourselves that everyone we engage is doing so freely and is entitled to work. Our measures include:

  • verifying the identity and right to work of every member of crew before they are engaged;
  • ensuring crew are paid at or above the applicable minimum or living wage, directly and through proper channels;
  • making sure no worker is charged unlawful fees for finding or keeping work with us;
  • providing clear terms so crew understand their pay, hours and the work they are being asked to do; and
  • respecting each crew member’s right to refuse unsafe work and to raise concerns without fear of penalty.

4. Our supply chains

We expect the suppliers and partners we work with to share our values and to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and employment laws. Where we engage other labour providers or suppliers, we seek assurances that they apply equivalent standards, and we reserve the right to end a relationship with any party found to be involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.

5. Awareness and reporting

We encourage our staff and crew to be alert to the risks of modern slavery and to report any concerns. Any concern about modern slavery or exploitation can be raised in confidence with management at admin@acecrew.co.uk. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated, and no one will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern.

6. Review

We keep our approach under review and will update this statement to reflect changes in our business and our anti-slavery practices.
